Visu-Sewer, headquartered in Pewaukee, WI needed a garage facility for their large custom built trucks and equipment at their Town of Lisbon location. This facility will accommodate a minimum of 26 diesel trucks in a conditioned space so that the vehicles can operate in harsh winter conditions. The trucks are as large as 38’ long and just over 9 feet wide. Due to code requirements, this 20,000 s.f. facility was required to be sprinklered, which created an issue due to no available municipal water source. The large holding tank, along with a pressure vessel and pump allowed the structure to be compliant with fire and building codes.
