The Challenge.

The clients at Total Auto Body wanted a new look to match their state-of-the-art collision center. The process involved discussions about the experience of visiting their shop, which included concerns about clients feeling closed in when discussing their repairs. Also, even though they wanted a building that reflected the high level of care customers could expect to receive, they didn’t want to give the impression of a “too expensive” facility. The solution created by Haag Müller included glass fronted offices that look into the inspection bay, and industrial materials composed in a way to make the facade look impressive, not expensive.
