THE TURTLE…

Ted’s story started out in a familiar way.  Dissatisfied with the way projects were being handled at the firm he was working for; he decided the best way to make things happen “the right way” was to start his own studio.  In 1977, armed with both his engineering and architectural registrations, Ted formed Haag Design Associates with a mission to create a firm that works collaboratively with clients, engineers and designers to fulfill our clients’ current and future needs.  Over forty years later, Ted’s philosophy of teamwork and creative collaboration across disciplines continues to shape the way we work at Haag Muller, encouraging us to think outside the box while promoting architectural solutions that are both artful and pragmatic.  We are grateful for Ted’s leadership, and we will continue to honor his vision every day as we serve our clients.

“Behold the turtle. He makes progress only when he sticks his neck out.”
