St. Peter’s Bell Tower - Port Washington, WI

An Eagle Scout Project.

The St. Peter’s Bell Tower is the vision of Jacob Schowalter, an extremely ambitious Boy Scout who pursued this project as part of his work to achieve the rank of Eagle Scout. Jacob wanted the bell tower be an icon that would draw your attention an be seen from the street, but not overwhelm the architecturally modest church and school building. Haag Müller assisted by designing a bell tower that compliments the existing structure perfectly; walking through the tower is part of the natural progression into the sanctuary.
