This client’s desire to create a modern light filled retreat with clean lines and detailing was both a challenge and a delight. The need for open clear spans and glass from floor to ceiling created unique structural challenges that required some creative problem solving and out of the box solutions. The result is a deceptively simple, light filled home that is both private and open to nature, a dichotomy which is exactly what the owner wanted.
