A Step Up.

St. John Properties is a great client, and we’ve designed quite a few office centers for them in Wisconsin. For this opportunity in Brookfield, they wanted something a little different, with some pop and a dash of zing. Working closely with the municipality and the surrounding residential area, we designed a new development that was nicely scaled and respected the nearby neighborhood while still giving the client the street presence they wanted.
