When the owner of Oak Street Commons reached out to us, we were really excited. His goal was to “freshen up” the decades old shopping center, improve street presence and give his tenants an updated look for their businesses. Haag Müller developed several concepts with different budgets to give them a wide range of options to consider with his budget. Ultimately the preferred solution was a combination of concepts and resulted in a new, fresh look for a building that is an integral part of the fabric of a great community.
