Random Lake, a funny name for a great place to live. This is a proposed redevelopment project is spearheaded by John Rassel (Krier Foods) and is his attempt to give back to the place he calls home. Library Bay is a mixed use development and includes new retail, restaurant and residential space, all of which take advantage of the views of the namesake of the village.
