Repeat client Keller, Inc was selected to design and build a new warehouse and distribution facility in Appleton for Pepsico as a warehouse and distribution facility for Frito-Lay. Haag Muller was tagged as Keller’s partner to provide construction documents for the 218,000 sq. ft. precast building. The project included the shell building, a detached truck service building, and interior office buildout for management.
