Tom is responsible for ensuring that the clients’ needs and vision are reflected in the designs and construction documents for projects he oversees.  With over 30 years of practice in project planning, design, coordination and construction administration, Tom is experienced in working with diverse groups to establish specific, creative and effective solutions.  Tom offers creative thinking and pragmatism in one complete package; his broad range of project experience from financial projects to residential work and construction detailing for large multi-phased projects means Tom can productively and efficiently pull together a comprehensive set of drawings that will address the unique needs of your project as well as work in collaboration with contractors to bring your project to a successful conclusion. In addition, Tom is an Adjunct Professor at Concordia University. He has designed two courses related to Building Codes and Ethics in Construction and Design.
